Jackie has been established as a qualified therapist since 1995 and has diplomas in Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT), Reiki and Indian Head Massage.

Jackie is very experienced in the use of Reflexology for supporting clients with various conditions. She also practices Maternity Reflexology and offers a "Mother-to-be" aromatherapy massage treatment to help support your health during pregnancy.

Jackie also specialises in Vertical Reflexology which is a shorter more intense treatment than traditional Reflexology. This form of reflexology is ideal for people who have slightly less mobility and cannot sit with their legs raised comfortably.

Jackie offers a range of Aromatherapy treatments; some examples of these are "Stressless" – 45 minutes back, shoulder, neck, face and scalp massage. "Serenity" – 45 minutes back, shoulder, neck, back of legs, face & scalp and "Tranquillity" – 75 minutes full body massage. She also has a unique treatment called "Tranquilology" which combines 60 minutes aromatherapy massage and 30 minutes reflexology. This has the added benefit of using carefully selected essential oils in the massage and supporting all the organs glands and systems in the body with the Reflexology.

Jackie finds her job very rewarding to be able to treat clients with alternative therapies which are pleasant and can help to maintain and support your health, improve your well being, aid sleep and soothe and relax everyday stresses and strains. Whether it is a 45 minute Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Reiki or an Aromatic Facial, they all lead to "A doorway to Tranquillity, Serenity, Relaxation and Well Being."
